Jared and Betsy, I am so pleased that you like the quilt. I hoped it was all you wanted it to be for little Kate. Jared, I am thinking of you today having your knee worked on. Hope that all went well and you will now be pain free. I will have to tell Kathy. She was so sweet to fix you a heat pack for the knee when you were here. Went to church yesterday with Kittie, Gary & Boston. It sure is hard to see everyone without getting emotional. Everyone is so sweet and caring and they all want to say something to me but it sure makes it hard not to cry all time. It is amazing all the cards and letters I have received telling of acts of kindness J W had done for them in the past and how much they loved him and would miss him in the community. Dr Alley and I had to hug and cry together Sunday at church. He and J W were such good friends as well as him being his doctor.I have received notice of lots of gifts to the building fund at the church to re-do the auditorium. J W would be so pleased about that. He loved the Lord and he loved and respected the church so much. It has been 3 weeks now but the hurt is still so fresh. Don't know what I would do without Ryan and Kittie and Gary Dale. They are my lifeline. Of course all the phone calls from Mike and Wayman certainly do help too. Won't be long now until that sweet baby gets here. I know everyone in Ft Worth is set on go. Love you all, Maw
