Hey Bear Bear
I'll check up on Mike daily and let you know if it is there. We had a really bad scare in our block this morning, about 8:30. I heard some really loud shouting and yelling (men's voices) and I thought there was a fight going on in the street or something. Opened the front door and my neighbor on the South, her car was backed out into the street and people gathered around kneeling around and I thought maybe she had hit a dog but one of them stood up and I could see it was a little blonde headed girl, small, about 2 years I would guess. My heart nearly sank. The ambulance came and picked her up and left for Lubbock. Her family was those people visiting across the street from me. I knew they had guests for about a week and seems they were from Houston. I guess geting away from the storm and they were loading up to go home this morning and a little dog ran by and the little girl ran to chase the dog just as Vicki was backing out to go to work and she hit her. I checked at noon and was told that the child had some broken ribs but had not found any internal bleeding or anything. I worried about that child all morning so I was thankful she is going to be okay. Those things can happen so fast.Vicki never saw her, she just heard the men yelling and stopped, opened the door and reality set in. She was really torn up about it all as you can imagine.
