Peggy it was so good to get to visit with you the other night on your way home. You are always a blessing and you have such a comforting way about you. You live by what Mike and I always tried to live by. Live, love and Let Live. Judy it was so good to finally meet you and I wish for you guys the very best life has to offer.
Kittie, it was good to talk to you on the phone. Thank you so very much for helping me with Mikes flowers for his headstone. The guy I ordered it from did email me Thursday, and said it would probably be the middle of August before he got the stone, so I am assuming it will be the end of August or the lst of September before it is delivered out to the cemetary in Crosbyton. I want Yellow Roses for Mikes, since this was his favorite flower and gave it to me and our girls for every occation. I would like for Dalmers, Arties, Mawmaw and Pawpaws, my Mom and Dads, Donna and Bens and my Grandparents to all have the same yellow roses for a special dedication. When I know the exact date I will let you all know. This has been a very trying and disappointing experience for me. But I will try to be patient and wait for I do want the very best and beautiful stone to honor our sweet Mike. If anyone else wants to add to this dedication with yellow roses on special family members stones, please, please do so. Or, if anyone would like to add flowers to be placed on Mikes grave in memory of other loves, please, please do so. Mike, being in the business he was in, gave him time to let me know what he liked and wanted for us. The headstone is black, we both loved this color. It is simple in design, he wanted elegant and sharp. It has our childrens names, as they were the reflection of our love for each other and the highlight of our lives together. It has "Till we meet again." My Dad had this on his and mothers headstone. Mike always loved this saying, because he said how perfect, cause we will meet again some day. Well, I wanted you guys to get to see it by now, but guess it will be much later. Just when, I will let you know as soon as I know. I hope it will fall on a date that all the kids and most of my family can come and dedicate this headstone, for Mike, and all our loves who have gone before us. Love you guys, Eletia.
