Hey All, man it was cold here in Fort Worth again today. I headed up the big wear Red to bring awareness of Heart Disease amongst women. I had this little speech and then cheer along with booth thingie for about 100 or so city employees and then we walked one mile in the cold. It was invigorating.

Hey Boston, good luck at your basketball games tomorrow. I bet you are a good player. I'll have to give you some tips and shoot around with you next time I see ya'. That used to be one of my things way back in the day.

Stormy, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Stormy, Happy Birthday to you. Wow, 3 years old. I wish I could be there. I remember your 1st birthday when you had your first birthday cake. You're getting to be such a big girl now, and word has it you helped your momma get ready for your party. You're a little sweetie.
