Hey Maw, that is horrible to hear about Chrissy. I will keep her in my prayers.

Maw, on the questions and answers, just highlight, and then right click to copy the whole questions even with the other persons answers. Then on the same page open say reply to all. After that when a new email comes up go into the page close to top and put your cursor there. Then, right click again and click on paste. This will put all the questions and answers on there for a new email for you. Then go in and delete the old answers and put yours then send. Try that and see if it works.
